dog probs

the other day, I loved my dog.
today, I got annoyed with her.
she dug a hole, she chewed my pen,
and she ripped around the flower bed.
sometimes I wonder why I get so frustrated.
she's just a dog, trying to entertain herself.
i want to try to enable her to enjoy her
puppy life, in a way that doesn't harm things.
providing her with toys and bones and
taking her on long walks.
all she wants is quality time and to play.
why should I get  mad at her when she
takes matters in to her own paws?
I must learn the balance of where providing
entertainment for her stops just nigh of spoiling.
maybe at that place, she'll stop "misbehaving".
she'll have the entertainment she needs,
in the form of toys and bones and objects
that are okay for her to chew and destroy.
